2. Article in Marbach’s local paper
As long-time, "prominent" Marbach residents – documentary filmmakers who have contributed much to that literary town's culture – our two intrepid hikers published an article in the Marbacher Zeitung on May 14 about their PCT adventures so far. The article features some of the highlights that you, dear readers, have already read if you've been following this blog. The title of the article can roughly be translated as "how our outlook on dirt has changed."
Meanwhile, your intrepid translator is sitting comfortably at her computer, sipping a glass of rosé, and listening to the wind and the rain bluster about her house. Thanking her lucky stars for the creature comforts of home.
